Clive Stephens – Managing Director
Over the past 20 years Clive has participated in re-structuring and establishing several joint ventures and partnerships involving technology transfer, new product development and peak performance management. He has played key roles in numerous high level negotiations with Public Sector Organisations, Corporate sector, Sport organisations, Sponsors and Media.
His key area of expertise is in Organisation Design and Peak Performance Management. He also has extensive experience in coaching and mentoring a wide range of teams and individuals. His network of associates and strategic alliances include the USA, London, Hong Kong, Korea, China and India.
Clive has a Masters of Management (Technology) from Australian National University (ANU). His current research (PhD) is on Peak Performing Organisations, specifically Elite Athlete Organisations (EAO), with particular focus on the factors that enable the organisation's transition from Elite to World Class standard.
Rasima Kecanovic – General Manager – Operations
Rasima has over 20 years experience in the public sector managing a wide range of projects and teams.
Her background is in Human Resource Development. She started her career as a departmental Learning and Development training officer and consultant and later moved into an area where she managed and brokered learning and development services for the whole of the public sector. This entailed the management of over 100 private sector consultants engaged to deliver leadership, learning and development skills to the Public Service Departments Australia wide.
She has strong skills in marketing, team and project management.
She received an Australia Day Award in 2003 in recognition of exceptional contribution to the performance, culture and achievements of the Australian Public Service Commission through her proactive and sustained efforts in building the agency learning and development services.
She is a good communicator, enjoys working with people and her strength is in achieving results.
She currently manages the operations and marketing of Peak Corporation.
Leesa Morris – Psychologist
Leesa's experience prior to joining Peak Corporation includes working as a telephone counsellor for a national crisis counselling organisation, assessment of learning difficulties in children, working in an EAP setting providing therapeutic assessment and interventions, working with the Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team, and forensic assessments in family, injury and criminal cases. Leesa also has experience in organisational psychology roles within the public sector.
Leesa has completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology and a Master of Arts (Honours) in Criminology. She has also completed a Master of Psychology (Forensic).
Zora Todoroska – Psychologist
Zora is a qualified Psychologist with high level of skills and experience in the psychology field. She has worked with individuals and systems providing counselling for anxiety, depression and phobia. She also has over 10 years experience working with people with disabilities and their families. Her specialisation is in Attachment, Motivational Interviewing, Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness.
Dr Roy Sugarman – Psychologist
Consultant Dr Roy Sugarman has practised clinical neuropsychology and clinical psychology for 20 years. He has specialised in the rehabilitation of significant brain damage and psychiatric illnesses. He has lectured in neuroscience in psychiatric training settings internationally.
Dr Andrew Mitchell – Chiropractor
Growing up locally in Canberra Andrew studied first a Bachelor of Science at UNSW majoring in Anatomy. To gain entry into Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University he also completed 3 years of night school with prerequisite study in Chiropractic philosophy and skills. He also has 4 years experience as a Disability support worker locally and 18 months with ACT Health / ACRS working as Allied Health Assistant for Transitional Therapy and Care Programme. This learning journey has well prepared him for the role of Chiropractor.
Stepping into this multidisciplinary team gives him a great exposure and the chance to enter a referral pathway that can address the holistic concerns specific to the needs of each individual. He looks forward to the opportunity to discuss with you how our service can develop strategies of neuromuscular-skeletal health tailored towards increasing nervous system function. With a focus towards increasing health and maintaining wellbeing it would also be great to help others find their peak potential.
Dr Michele Martin – Chiropractor
Michele was introduced to the exceptional benefits of Chiropractic when she was completing her Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Biology) degree at the University of Canberra, which led her to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine and Masters of Chiropractic Science at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT).
Her family is very medically inclined and taught her the importance of familiarization with other health care professionals and the importance of current evidence based care to ensure that her patients receive the best treatment possible. She believes everyone can benefit from Chiropractic care as everyday physical stresses on our body and especially our nervous system can impede our overall health and well-being.
She performs a thorough neurological, orthopaedic and postural evaluation catered to her patients individual needs. She uses a variety of techniques as she has learnt that what is good for one is not necessarily the best approach for another. She is experienced in manual adjusting techniques, activator, soft tissue massage , trigger point release, post isometric relaxation, biomechanichal blocking, cranials, active release technique (ART), total body modification technique (TBM) and rehab strengthening.
Courtney Dinnerville – Clinical Dietitian
Peak Corporation is pleased to welcome Miss Courtney Dinnerville to our Peak Health Branch. Miss Dinnerville is Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) / Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with Honours in Clinical Dietetics. She completed her studies at University of Sydney. She is qualified and experienced to provide specialised dietary consultancy for a range of conditions including weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, gastroenterology, oncology, renal and allergy and other conditions or issues requiring dietary or nutrition assistance. She looks forward to the opportunity to help patients improve their health and quality of life.

Stan O'Toole – Acupuncturist and Massage Practitioner
Stan has completed a Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sydney in 1988 and an internship at Zhejiang Province Hospital, Republic of China.
Stan has some 23 years of clinical experience and is a member of the Australia and Chinese Medical Association. He has a strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and in particular he has high level experience in acupuncture and massage, treating people with a variety of health conditions. Having worked both in Australia and China, he has developed valuable ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate treatment for their condition.
Stan has also completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of New South Wales.
